"Rame gang,

I just received a few DVDs from www.excaliburfilms.com and was
extremely disappointed to find that they now appear to be shipping
crappy product which is duplicated in house.  All of my previous DVD
orders have always been filled with the real deal, straight from the
publisher.  This time, I got hokey "excalibur" DVD cases and the DVDs
have a hokey "Excalibur" intro when you play them.  There was no
mention of this anwhere on their site when I purchased the items.  If
they will not take the items back I plan to contest the charges to my
credit card.  Does anyone know anything about these bogus DVDs
Excalibur is pushing these days and what I can expect from them from
here on out?  Please advise, thanks!
