Simona Lungu - giudice romena che fa film erotico

Gira la notizia che Simona Lungu (36 anni), un giudice romena nel tribunale di Bucharest ha chiesto un indagine sulle voci che correvano che lei aveva girato un film erotico/porno "Secretele Seductiei"(SECRETS OF SEDUCTION). Un laboratorio (Institutul National de Expertize Criminalistice) (INEC) ha fatto un esame del film in questione e ha concluso che era infatti lei. Simona ha dovuto dimettersi.

BUCHAREST, Romania -- A Romanian judge resigned after being accused of starring in an X-rated video, officials said.
Simona Lungu, 36, a judge at the Bucharest Tribunal, was investigated by judicial authorities over allegations that she acted in an adult video that was sold in Denmark.
Lungu denied it was her in the movie and asked the Forensic Institute, a state crime lab, to help her clear her name by taking photos of her and comparing them to the video.
Instead, the institute concluded it was her in the video.
Lungu contested the institute's findings and asked members of the Superior Council for Magistrates, which oversees judges, to clear her name, but they refused.
The council voted on Wednesday to accept her resignation from the bench, said Justice Minister Cristian Diaconescu.
"The debates in the case are over," he said after the council's meeting.
The scandal led to the resignation of the head of the council, Dan Lupascu, who said he was unfairly accused by other council members of committing errors in investigating Lungu's case.
Lupascu withdrew his resignation, after Diaconescu asked him to reconsider his decision, private news agency Mediafax reported.
The story has run in Romanian newspapers for the past few weeks, with images from the movie "Secrets of Seduction," printed next to photos of the judge.

Mi risulta che in Romania produrre materiale pornografico sia illegale.

PS: comunque vista la tipa dovrebbe trattarsi di un film del genere "mature", amgari amatoriale. Non mi dispiacerebbe vederlo.

Non vedo cosa ci sia di così scandaloso.
fare il magistrato importa (credo in tutti i paesi dell'universo mondo) una condotta che deve essere priva di "ombre" sia dopo che prima l'assunzione dell'incarico.
Ció perchè la funzione ricperta è di asssoluta preminenza nell'ordinamento giuridico di un paese. Sicchè se un magistrato ha compiuto atti che possono mettere in discussione il decoro e la dignità dell'ordine, deve esserne estromesso.
Che poi questo avvenga o no è un altro paio di maniche ma il principio, che lo si voglia o no, è questo.
E sinceramente l'idea di essere giudicato da una che notoriamente ha fatto uno o più film portno in gioventù puó davvero essere lesiva della funzione giudiziaria.

Almeno conosce un pó di vita, come fa a giudicare uno che è sempre stato chiuso in una stanza a studiare?
Con questo non dico che tutti dovrebbero essere così, peró "nulla obstat" secondo me per quella rumena ad esercitare il suo incarico.
E poi tu pensi che le attrici porno siano donne di serie B?

Per il momento non ho potuto ottenere informazioni piu' dettagliati su questo film. Nei vari link che ho esaminato (molti in lungua romena che non capisco) si diceva che era un film che era stato distribuito in Danimarca.

anche in italia in teoria produrre materiale porno credo sia formalmente illegale, come è illegale dare vita a performance porno vere negli eventi hard come il misex

La prostituzione e' illegale negli Stati Uniti (e in Nord America) all'infuori dello stato di Nevada, se non mi sbaglio. La stessa cosa con prossenetismo.
Cioe' stare sul marciapiede, in un angolo di strada e sollecitare sesso contro pagamento e' illegale.
Pero' se fai escort nessuno ti disturba.
Ci sono club negli Stati Uniti dove non si puo' servire alcohol si ci sono donne che si spogliano su un palcoscenico.
Il problema di Simona e' che la magistratura di cui faceva parte non accetta condotta considerata "immorale", e partecipare in un film erotico non va nella professione legale statale.
Se tu saresti accuato di crimini di sesso e di possesso di materiale osceno, immagini Simona che presiede al tuo processo, e come rendera' il suo verdetto???
