I am truly grateful to have connected with such genuine people in this industry while I struggled with confidence issues and being comfortable in my surroundings. It’s been a quick 3 years but A LOT has happened. I think it’s very important for people to take breaks. Especially after a tragic event. Taking the time to sit back and look at the bigger picture. Am I mentally healthy right now? Why am I always feeling so distant and alone? These are things that have been haunting me for months now. Losing my father left me weak. Working in a demanding industry like this while also trying to grieve/cope can really fuck someone up. I grew tired of always being the people pleaser, I finally chose myself. My life. I want to make myself happy first. I choose now.
First, I want to deeply thank all of people who came to me when I felt broken and low. You know who you are. Also, thank you @girlswaynetwork and @cherrypimps for giving me the pleasure to be your GOTM for December. I’ll never forget the amazing days we had on set!
