Problemi di server che riguardano PS e tutti gli altri siti ad esso collegati (Vintagerotica, Fritchy e NudeCelebsForum).
Non è la prima volta che succede.

Staranno sicuramente lavorando a ripristinare il tutto da backup e, considerando che c'è il weekend di mezzo, se ci sarà qualche novità, si saprà qualcosa con l'inizio della settimana prossima.

A scaricare torrent si rischia poco e a guardarsi un film su fmovies ecc. oppure sport su buffstreams o rojadirecta in pratica non si rischia nulla:
mai sentito di una sanzione per aver visto qualcosa in streaming da un sito gratuito, senza abbonamenti vari.

Federal Judge Grants VMG's Request to Unmask User's IP Address
A copyright case brought by the parent company of Vixen Media Group can now learn the identity of a copyright infringing user in New Jersey

CAMDEN, N.J.—A federal magistrate judge for the District of New Jersey ruled last week in favor of Strike 3 Holdings, the parent company of Vixen Media Group (VMG), in a bid to unmask the identity of a defendant whose IP address was linked to an ongoing copyright infringement case.
Until now, the defendant in the case has been identified as "John Doe Subscriber Assigned IP Address 73.160.37.60." Magistrate Judge Matthew J. Skahill wrote in an Aug. 27 opinion that he agreed with the counsel for VMG and Strike 3 to urge internet service provider Comcast to provide the identifying information for the IP address used in infringement.
"[The plaintiff] argues that good cause exists to grant the requested discovery and that without it, plaintiff will have no means to uncover defendant’s identity, to serve defendant, and protect its copyrights," Skahill writes in his opinion. "The defendant has not yet been served, so the motion is unopposed."
According to the initial complaint filed with the court, Strike 3 alleges that John Doe illegally distributed VMG copyrighted works using BitTorrent.
This was "in violation of the Copyright Act." In an exhibit filed with the initial complaint, attorneys for Strike 3 found that John Doe infringed on 24 copyrighted works across platforms including Blacked, Blacked Raw, Tushy and MILFY.
"[The plaintiff] may serve a subpoena issued to Comcast Cable that is limited to requesting the name and address only associated with the IP address identified in the complaint, limited in scope to the time periods of the alleged infringing activity outlined in the complaint and exhibits thereto," the judge ordered.

Vixen Media Group corre indietro a una persona, che possibilmente risiede nel New Jersey, che secondo loro ha fatto l'upload su BitTorrent di 24 files ottenuti dalle piattaforme Blacked, Blacked Raw, Tushy and MILFY.
Fino ad ora i tribunali nel USA hanno resistito e respinto richieste dei "copyright holders" per smascherare persone che hanno "illegalmente" distribuito i contenuti porno attraverso il sistema torrent.
I tribunali hanno sempre pensato che tali "copyright holders" usano i tribunali non per perseguire i "copyright infringers" in modo legale, ma per intimidire e forzare a loro di pagare una certa (alta) somma,
insomma usare i triobunali come "debt collectors" (recuperatori di debiti).
Questo tribunale ora ha dato l'OK per forzare l'IP (In questo caso Comcast) a rivelare l'identita' della persona dietro quel IP (cliente di Comcast).
Tutto questo per "24 copyrighted works"? E la storia non e' ancora finita. Suppongo che Comcast non protestera' e fornira' le informazioni richieste.
Ma se Comcast rivela chi e' questa persona, dove cade la funzione del "privacy" (per quella persona e per milioni di altri clienti di Comcast e altre ditte simili)),
e se la persona non e' stata condannata per quei presunti reati in un tribunale, come si risolve il problema?
Ma tutto questo per proteggere il copyright (protect its copyrights) su 24 videos? In che modo Vixen vorrebbe "proteggere" questo copyright?
I film suppongo sono da tempo on line (chisa quante volte sono stati scaricati, etc). Dunque si cerca l'upholder originale, e non altri "downoloaders".
E se si va in processo e il tizio si difende vigorasemente, tutto questo quando costa a Vixen?
Oppure e' il messaggio di intimidazione che Vixen vuol mandare ad altri?,
